Weekend Fun

Our weekend was pretty busy but fun.
On Friday night we took the boys to the movie "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs."
On the way to the movie Stephen kept saying that we were seeing it in 3-D and we told him over and over that we weren't and he then said well maybe we are you don't know.
Well it turns out that we did see it in 3-D (on accident) because we showed up for the 3-D time not knowing it. This delighted Stephen. His little I told you so moment.
So we had a little photo shoot before the show started.

Saturday was filled with baseball, running, grocery shopping, homework, and free dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings for being the t-ball coaches for Stephen's team.
By the end of the day we were all exhausted and a little sick.
Sunday was stake conference and we learned our lesson about getting soft seats during conference. The people who show up early for the soft seats are typically not young families with kids. I felt a little bad because we were surrounded by all these older people that came early to hear the speakers and there is us and our kids disturbing the peace. They did pretty well considering 2 hours of sacrament meeting though.
After church we got to go to some friends house for a little BBQ. It was fun and the best part I didn't have to do any dishes:) They were great hosts and Jack and Stephen love playing with their little boy.
Now it is just back to school, work, and somewhere in there cleaning!YEAH!:D

We loved having you guys over. I love how well the kids get along and Lexie just adores you Amelia! Anyways just catching up on your blog....yeah it's funny I've never seen Jack wearing his cast and I don't blame him ha ha. I am glad you guys had fun at Busch Gardens, we'll have to get season passes somewhere next year. Happy belated Birthday Matt!

Sounds fun! Ryan is hunting for two weeks so the kids and I have been on our own and bored out of our minds! Wish we lived closer so we could hang out! Better yet just come visit us!

I know what you mean about going early for the soft seats. Not only are you surrounded by older people - but you have to sit there even longer because you got there early. so by the time the meeting starts the children are ready to go home! AGGGHHH!!
